1. PAID VOUCHER (Purchased Amount)
The Paid Voucher operates under our standard gift voucher policy, with the following conditions:
- Valid for 3 years from date of purchase
- Treated as cash value
- Redeemable on all services and retail products
- Not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion
- Non-transferable and issued to the original recipient
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- Cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers, prepaid packages, memberships, or promotions
- The Aesthetic Advisory is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers
- If cancellation/no-show policy is breached, the voucher will be redeemed to cover the applicable fee
2. BONUS VOUCHER (Mother’s Day Promotional Value)
The Bonus Voucher is an additional promotional reward and is subject to strict conditions:
- Issued as a separate voucher and recorded in the clinic register
- Valid ONLY until 31st October 2026
- Redeemable on skin services only
- Not valid on retail, vouchers, packages, memberships, or discounted services
- No extensions. No exceptions.
- Only one Bonus Voucher per appointment
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another promotion, or refunded
- Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced
- Any unused value after 31st October 2026 is forfeited
3. GIFTING OF BONUS VOUCHERS
- Paid Voucher is non-transferable
- Bonus Voucher can be gifted, under strict conditions:
- Full legal name of recipient must be recorded at time of purchase
- Name cannot be changed after issue
- Voucher must be presented by the named recipient
- Redemption remains the responsibility of the voucher holder
- Any unused value expires 31st October 2026
4. APPOINTMENT POLICY (Applies to Both Vouchers)
- Standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies
- Late cancellations/no-shows:
- Fee deducted from Bonus Voucher first, then Paid Voucher
- If treatment exceeds voucher value, the difference must be paid
5. BOOKING & REDEMPTION RULES
- Bookings are subject to availability

- Vouchers cannot be split, combined, or used with other offers
- Pricing may change; voucher value remains fixed
- Must be redeemed by the named individual only
6. PURCHASING CONDITIONS
- Bonus Voucher must be assigned to a recipient at time of purchase
- All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable
7. CLINIC RIGHTS
The Aesthetic Advisory reserves the right to:
- Refuse redemption if terms are not met
- Verify voucher authenticity
- Adjust pricing without affecting voucher value
- Decline redemption if voucher details do not match records

By purchasing, you confirm:
- You have read and understood all Terms & Conditions
- You understand the expiry date of 31st October 2026 for the Bonus Voucher
- You accept cancellation/no-show deductions
- You accept full responsibility for redeeming within the valid timeframe
